Our official policy on macOS release support is pretty simple to remember using this mnemonic: 3+1B, meaning we support our software on three macOS production releases, plus one beta.
As of July 2026 it includes: Sonoma (14), Sequoia (15), Tahoe (26), plus the second beta version of macOS 27, as the initial beta release had an issue with kernel extension support.
With the release of macOS 26 Tahoe, iodyne no longer supports software updates on Ventura, and instead supports Sonoma, Sequoia, and Tahoe for all software releases, plus the second macOS 27 beta. We will continue this rolling support model for the most recent 3+1B releases of macOS into the future.
Our support model is designed to ensure you’ll have a great experience with Pro Data and Pro Mini on all your Mac devices, while not being forced to be stuck too far in the past, or forced to upgrade too quickly into the future.
